One: Keep the machine clean

(1) Keep the rubber head clean and free of rubber blocks.

(2) Keep the substrate clean and free of dust and oil.

(3) Keep the flower film clean and free of fingerprints and dust.

(4) Keep the processor's hands clean and free of sweat, oil, etc.

(5) Keep the important parts of the machine clean and free of oil and other dirt.

Two: Hot stamping time (speed)

The hot stamping time (speed) should be determined according to the specific hot stamping object. Under the condition of ensuring the hot stamping effect, the faster the speed, the higher the production efficiency.

However, some products must be hot stamped at a slow speed due to certain special conditions.

Three: Hot stamping pressure

The hot stamping pressure must be adjusted to the most appropriate level. Otherwise, too much pressure may damage the rubber head and the hot stamping object, while too little pressure may affect the hot stamping effect.

After adjusting to the optimal hot stamping pressure, the pressure adjustment should be locked to avoid changes in mass production.

Four: Hot stamping temperature

Hot stamping temperature has a significant impact on the hot stamping effect. Too high a temperature can easily damage the substrate, and too low a temperature may not achieve normal transfer.

Hot stamping temperature should be determined based on factors such as substrate, flower film, and thermal transfer machine. Different materials have different hot stamping temperatures.
